who wish to obtain media accreditation for this event must be registered by
completing and signing Media Accreditation Form: this form must be remitted by
e-mail to info@ifbbevents.com no later than March 15th, 2012. Please send a

BACKSTAGE ACCESS / DRESSING ROOM ACCESS
Access to the backstage area and/or dressing room area is strictly limited to
essential personnel only. CAMERA / VIDEOTAPE EQUIPMENT
Camera and videotape equipment is strictly prohibited in the backstage area
and/or dressing room area.

Please note: All athletes and officials will have to book and reserve their
own hotel accommodation. Please reserve your rooms well in advance
to avoid disappointment.
IMPORTANT ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN NOTICES
The official arrival day is Friday 27th April 2012.
The weigh-in and registration will be conducted on Friday. IFBB Registration fee
of 150 Euros will have to be paid at the time of weigh-in.

TANNING
THE IFBB HAS BANNED ALL TANS THAT CAN BE WIPED OFF. AN OFFICIAL WILL
CHECK THE TAN OF ALL ATHLETES BACKSTAGE AND IF THE TAN COMES OFF BY
SIMPLY WIPING, THE ATHLETE WILL BE TOLD TO REMOVE THE TAN BEFORE
GOING ON STAGE.
COMPETITOR NOTIFICATION
Once the entry form from the National Federation has been received and
accepted, an official letter will be sent confirming your participation in the Mr
Europe Amateur 2012 IFBB International Bodybuilding and Bodyfitness
Championships. Those athletes who have not met the established requirements,
who missed the deadline for registration, or who registered in a division that has
already been closed out, will also be notified that they will be unable to
participate in this competition.
We strongly encourage you to register early and make the appropriate
arrangements to compete in Madrid. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Mr Europe Amateur organizing committee reserves the right to decline entry
to any athlete who does not meet the requirements.
REGISTRATION
Registration of athletes will only be considered if they are recommended
or entered by the National Federation of the athlete and the entry form has
been emailed directly to the IFBB General Secretary and IFBB Head Office in
Madrid. The final decision to allow an athlete to compete in this event rests with
the IFBB.
Registration fee for athletes to enter this competition is 150 Euros.
POSING MUSIC
All posing music must be on an audio CD only. The posing music must also be at
the start of the CD. Each competitor must affix his name on the CD for easy
identification. The use of profane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly
prohibited in the posing music.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO COMPETITORS
Each competitor will be provided with an athlete competitor wrist band at the
weigh-in. This wrist band allows the admission to the Mr Europe Weekend EXPO.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All the costs for traveling, hotel accommodations, transport from and to
the airport and meals are the responsibilities of the national federations
or individual athletes. Check with your national federation for more
information. List of recommended hotels and contacts are provided on

IFBB National Federations are informed that participation in to
this championship is unlimited. Remember that all athletes will
have to produce their IFBB International Card at the registration.
Any athlete who has not yet purchase this IFBB International card
will have to buy one at registration. IFBB Cards are 30 Euros and
are mandatory from last 2011.

AVISOS IMPORTANTES DE LLEGADAS Y REGISTRO
La fecha oficial de llegada es el viernes 27 de abril de 2012. El pesaje y registro se realizará el viernes. El canon de registro IFBB será de 150 euros y tendrá que ser pagado en el momento del pesaje. El pesaje y registro será desde las 17:30 y las 20:00pm.

TINTES
IFBB ha prohibido todos los tintes que pueden manchar. Un oficial revisará el tinte de todos los atletas en el backstage y si el tinte no es el reglamentado (simplemente tocándolo) El competidor será obligado a quitárselo antes de salir al escenario.
AVISO AL COMPETIDOR
Una vez el entry form (Impreso de petición para competir) que envía la Federación Nacional ha sido recibido y aceptado, una carta oficial serán enviada confirmando tu participación en el Mr Europa Amateur 2012 IFBB. Aquellos atletas que no tienen los mínimos requerimientos, los que sobrepasen la fecha límite o que se registren una vez cerrado el plazo serán notificados que no será posible su participación en esta competición.
Queremos advertirle encarecidamente para registrarse lo antes posible y hacer las reservas apropiadamente para competir en Madrid.
INORMACION GENERAL
El Comité organizador del Mr Europa Amateur se reserva el derecho de rechazar la participación a cualquier atleta que no cumpla los requerimientos.
REGISTRO
El registro de competidores será solo aceptado si ellos son recomendados o inscritos por su Federación Nacional, y la entry form ha sido enviada directamente al Secretario General de IFBB y a la see de IFBB en Madrid. La decisión final de permitir al atleta competir en este evento recae en IFBB
El canon por participar es de 150 Euros.
MÚSICA POSES
Todas las músicas para las poses deben estar solo en AUDIO CD (no en DVD, o pendrive). La música debe de estar al comienzo de cada CD. Cada competidorCada competidor debe colcoar su nombre en el CD para facilitar la identificación. El uso de lenguaje ofensivo, profano o vulgar está prohibido expresamente en la música para posar.
AVISO IMPORTANTE PARA COMPETIDORES
Cada competidor estará provisto con una banda en la muñeca como competidor durante el pesaje, esta banda te permite la entrada en la EXPO del Mr Europe.
INFORMACION IMPORTANTE
Todos los costes de viaje, acomodación en el hote, transporte hacia o desde el aeropuerto y comidas serán responsabilidad del mismo competidor. Consulta con tu federación nacional para más información. Habrá una lista de hoteles recomendados en futura información.

Las federaciones nacionales IFBB son informadas de que la participación en este campeonato no tiene límites. Recuerden que todos los atletas tendrán que tener lel carnet internacional de IFBB en el registro. Cualquier competidor que no haya ya obtenido tal carnet tendrá que adquirir uno en el registro. Es obligatorio desde 2011 y tiene un coste de 30 euros.
